1. The Service

Sparux is currently in pre-launch phase. By submitting your email, you are joining a waitlist to be notified when the service becomes available. No product or service is currently being sold or delivered.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Sparux. We reserve the right to determine who receives early access and in what order. Waitlist positions are not transferable.

3. Your data

We collect only your email address for the purpose of notifying you about the Sparux launch. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use automated tools to interact with our systems.

6. Changes
